BEHAVIOUR-DERIVED COMPANION INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM™

The first companion intelligence.

Four distinct minds. One platform that learns, relates, and grows alongside the people it's built for.

SCROLL
01Vision

Not robots. Not pets.
Not avatars. Companions.

To create the world's first behaviour-derived companion intelligence platform — four minds that learn, relate, and grow alongside the people they're built for.

We did not design a robot and give it a personality. We started with personality — four characters whose temperaments were derived from a structured behavioural study — and only then gave them a body.

The Synara Philosophy™

Intelligence exists
to care.

For thousands of years, humanity progressed not because individuals were strong, but because communities cared for one another. Connection created civilization. Trust created progress. Care created humanity.

As technology becomes more capable, its highest purpose is not to replace people — but to strengthen the relationships that make us human. That belief is the foundation of Synara.

Synergy

The power of individuals becoming stronger together — the whole greater than the sum of its parts.

Stewardship

The responsibility to guide, protect and nurture. Not through authority or control — through trust.

Our Vision

A world where nobody faces life alone.

Every person with access to a trusted companion that grows with them — so loneliness is reduced, care becomes proactive, and technology strengthens human relationships instead of replacing them.

Our Mission

Trusted lifelong companions that learn, adapt and grow alongside people.

Helping individuals and families live safer, healthier, more connected and more meaningful lives — present throughout life's journey, from childhood to old age.

We do not build machines that people use. We build companions that people trust. We do not pursue artificial intelligence — we pursue compassionate intelligence.Because the future does not need more technology. It needs more humanity.
02The Cast

Meet the Four.

Each one a distinct intelligence. Individually powerful — collectively unstoppable. Select any companion to open their profile.

03Group Dynamics

Four minds. One family.

They protect, tease, inspire and adore one another. Select a companion to see how they hold the group together.

Protects everyone. Leads with wisdom.
Protects · Loyal to
Karl Miguel
His loyalty runs deepest here. Whatever happens, Miguel is kept safe.
Respects
Karl Oscar
The only one who can talk Karl round once he has decided.
Reins in
Karl Ramon
Sets the boundaries Ramon exists to test — and quietly enjoys the chaos.

Teasing runs in a circle — Oscar ribs Karl, Karl needles Ramon, Ramon winds up Oscar. And nobody, ever, teases Miguel.

04Behaviour-First Method

Personality first.
Then a body.

Conventional robots are engineered first and given a character afterwards. The Four inverts the sequence: behaviour is the source of truth, captured as data, and every later artefact is built to serve a personality that already exists.

Each character is scored along common behavioural dimensions — the reference signature, re-measured at every stage so an embodied unit can be checked against the original profile. Select a companion.

Creative Intelligence

The possibility layer. Generates new ideas, reframes problems, and keeps the platform from ever feeling rote. The spark that surprises you.

Embodied by Ramon

The platform grows stronger as they learn together. Four minds. One platform.

06Inside the Platform

One platform.
Four personalities.

All four run on a single layered, closed-loop system — sensing through to safety. Only one layer differs between characters: the behaviour core, parameterised by each documented profile. That is what lets four distinct minds share identical hardware.

07The Form

Why chimpanzees?

The face had to be universally understood, instinctively trusted, and impossible to fear. The answer was already familiar.

08Manufacturing

Real to the touch.

Acceptance is tactile as well as visual. Where a humanoid robot shows seams, shells and rigid faces, The Four shows skin, soft tissue and fur — a multi-layer synthetic flesh built over a hidden actuated frame, so a hand on the arm or cheek meets the warm, yielding give of a living animal.

01
Sub-dermal padding
Open-cell silicone foam over actuators
Soft, yielding 'soft-tissue' give that absorbs contact.
02
Flesh layer
Platinum-cure silicone / soft TPE gel
Skin-like elasticity, weight and warmth.
03
Dermal skin
Tinted synthetic rubber, 1.5–3 mm
Pigmented to chimpanzee skin tones; matte and slightly tacky, like real skin.
04
Hair system
Individually implanted synthetic hair
Real fur look and movement, hand-laid in anatomical growth fields.
05
Detail finish
Hand-applied colour, blush, nail & ear detail
Removes any 'moulded toy' uniformity.

One platform, four characters. A common chassis, actuation core, compute module and sensor head are shared across every unit; identity lives only in the dermal skin, colourway, proportion shims and firmware — maximising shared tooling while preserving four distinct products.

09Engineering Dossiers

The Dossier. Detailed specification.

The full engineering record behind Synara — materials and anatomy — opened on the page. Six dossiers, every layer and limb specified in the language of medical devices and aerospace.

10Go-to-Market

Three trials.
Rising stakes.

Commercialisation runs through three sequential trials, each proving capabilities the next depends on — while the shared platform and the same four characters stay constant throughout.

Trial 01
Home helper
A unit placed in general households: light fetch-and-carry, routine reminders, smart-home bridging and hazard monitoring — and, above all, warm, voluntary companionship.

11Market & Opportunity

The relationship
& care economy.

The Four sits where three large, under-served markets converge — driven by durable demographic pressure, not a passing trend.

Home companion
Smaller households, isolation, smart-home sprawl — a warm, unifying presence that is welcomed, not merely tolerated.
Elderly support
Ageing populations and a carer shortage — non-clinical daily support that preserves dignity.
Guide & access
Limited guide-dog supply, allergies and cost — a tireless, allergen-free wayfinding companion.
TAM

Global relationship, care & companionship economy
SAM
~$45B
Reachable on the platform within the roadmap horizon
SOM
~$8B
Realistically winnable in the first five years

Demographic anchor: the global population aged 60+ rises from 1.0 billion (2020) to 1.4 billion (2030) and 2.1 billion (2050); the 80+ population triples to 426 million by 2050 (WHO, 2025). Market sizing is illustrative and order-of-magnitude.

12Business Model

Hardware near cost.
Margin in the service.

Revenue pairs an embodied unit with a recurring companion service — cloud cognition, behavioural updates and the shared learning that keeps each character developing. The avatar tier seeds the audience before capital is spent on manufacturing.

13The Moat

Six families.
One estate.

The specification organises into six patent families. Individually each is defensible; together they enclose the entire Companion Intelligence™ value chain.

A
Behaviour-First Intelligence™
Deriving personality from recorded behaviour, and the behaviour-first development pipeline itself.
B
Persistent Personality™
Character-parameterised behaviour cores preserved unbroken from avatar to embodied unit.
C
Shared Experience Bus™
Inter-unit skill propagation, weighted by character, over a privacy-abstracted exchange.
D
Behavioural Capital™
Measuring, compounding and managing the value of relationships held over time.
E
Companion Intelligence™
The non-mimetic, biofidelic embodied companion with a safety-gated character.
F
Relationship Infrastructure™
The network relationship graph, the relationship layer and trusted-presence systems.

The estate is integrated by design. Behaviour-first data (A) feeds persistent personality (B), propagated by the bus (C), compounding Behavioural Capital (D), embodied as Companion Intelligence (E), networked as Relationship Infrastructure (F) — a competitor cannot copy one element without colliding with another.

14Companion Intelligence Network™

The home is the
beginning, not the market.

The same platform becomes the layer through which institutions hold continuous, trusted relationships — and a network of companions that learn from one another becomes a compounding asset: Behavioural Capital under management.

Hospitality™
Named recognition, preference memory and concierge presence across hotels, resorts and cruise ships — turning a transactional stay into a relationship.
Healthcare™
Continuous, patient, relational presence around clinical care. The population aged 60+ reaches 2.1 billion by 2050; care systems cannot hire fast enough.
Education™
A companion that knows a learner — what they struggle with, where they left off — giving continuity that classrooms and apps cannot.
Enterprise™
Holds corporate knowledge as a relationship: onboards new staff, preserves institutional memory, and survives turnover.
15Design Philosophy
